My special experiences in Europe (France, Swiss, Italy)

Europe is my first traveling during my life. When I was 20 years old, I decided to travel Europe. Why I decided to travel is that I changed from high school student to university student. It means that I am adula really. I wanted to celerbrate my adult life's beginning. Also, Why I chose Europe for travelingg is that Europie is my kind of traveling romance. While I was studying for entering university, it made me tired and getting lose my dream. But traveling Europe when I am 20 years old made me happy and strong. Finally, I could  be inha university student and I could travel Europe with my university friend Eun - ji. I traveled to 4 countries such as England, France, Swiss and Italy. I have been there for 10 days so I couldn't see many attractions I expected but I want to introduce attractions I was impressed in Europe to you guys.

 

 

1. Eiffel Tower in Paris - France

 

I think Eiffel tower is most beautiful in Paris. I heard that at fiirst time, paris people dislike Eiffel tower because they thought Eiffel tower makes paris dirty. Paris is very low city but Eiffel tower is very high so they thought like that. But as time goes by, Eiffel tower could be one of the most famous attractions in Paris. In order to climb Eiffel tower, you have to take elevator 2 times, and It takes about 15 minutes but if you arrive there, you can't close your mouth. This is SO beautiful! You can see all paris city. I was very impressed by this view. Actually this tower is for the first time to visit tower so I can't forget view when I watched on the top of Eiffer tower. After I get married, I will go back to Eiffel tower with my husband and my parents. Maybe I'll fall in love with my husband again because Eiffel tower make me can love ! So beautiful ^0^*

 

 

2. Swiss  

When you imagine Swiss, What can you come into your mind? In my case, I can imagine snow on the mountain. Swiss has many famous things like chocolate, swatch and cheese but I remember mountain which was covered with snow. If you go to Swiss, you can find this mountain everywhere easily. I climbed this mountain with my friend and I took cable car in this place. Swiss is kind of a scene of tale. Swiss is also beautiful! On the mountain, some people take ski in winter. Someday, I want to take ski in Swiss with my husband if I back to Europe! I attached to my pictures. Have a look ><!!!

 

 

 

 

3. Italy - The city of history 

I'll never forget Italy also because Italy has many  attractions for roma history. When I walked on the street, I could see places about roma history everywhere. At that time, I was not interested in history. Even I didn't know my country's history but now I'm really interested in korea history because  Italy made me like this. Maybe Italy is very similar to Gang hwa in incheon, korea. Gang hwa has also a lot of history places. Like this, Italy has many many attractions for history. If you go to Italy after studying roma history, You can get many information about roma history in Italy.

 

Tips * Do you know Fontana di trevi? Fontana di trevi has legend. If you throw only one coin to trevi, You will back to Italy someday. Also, If you throw two coins to trevi, You can have meet forever lover during your life ! I threw just only one coin to trevi, maybe I'll back to trevi someday... I hope ! ^^ Try this when you go to Fontana di trevi ><

 

 

 

 



My special experiences in Hongkong & Macao (2)

Let's move to Macao. Actually, Macao is another country which is near Hong kong but you can go to macao by ship, so many people visit to macao when they are in Hong kong. I have been to Macao just one day. But this place is very similar to Hong kong, so I  just want to introduce 3 things.   

1. Egg tart and Milk tea

Egg tart and Milk tea is most famous food in Macao. If you walk on the road, you can see many people who are eating them. Egg tart is kind of bread but upside of egg tart is very smooth like egg. This taste is kind of mix between bread and egg. In my case, I want to recommend eating egg tart only one time. Also, mile tea is my favorite. When I was in Australia, I really enjoyed eating milk tea, especially mile tea taro taste. Its taste is really similar to sweet potato but milk tea taro taste is more delicious ! Whenever I recommend this taro milk tea to my friends, I've never failed to introduce it. Maybe, if you eat this milk tea (taro taste), you really like it, I'm sure ! 

 

2. Venetian Macao Hotel & Casino

What do you think that which country is most popular for casino? I'm sure your answer is America. But, you got wrong answer. The answer is Macao! Even Venetian Macao hotel is most famous casino in Macao. These pictures about venetian macao hotel. This hotel is very beautiful so many people were taking picture in there. Can you see many people who are gathering in 3rd picture? These people are doing casino game. I'm not good at playing game so I just looked around people and this place. It seems like interesting but I didn't want to lose my money because I was traveling. 

 

3. Small city in Venetian Hotel

Do you think Is this city? BUT, it's not. This is kind of shopping place in venetian macao hotel. They made shopping place like city. So it could be popular place in Macao. This place have sky, river, ship and street lamp like city. They look like kind of city but it's just shopping place ! But many people get on the ship. This is very special place. They're really beautiful I think. So I took many pictures in here just by myself.

 

 

My special experiences in Hongkong & Macao (1)

Before I go back to Korea, I applied stop over in Hong kong for 6 days. As we know, Hong kong is the country for shopping, when I was in there, many department stores hold sale. So, there are many people who want to buy many things in Hong kong,but I couldn't buy because of many people. If I want to buy something, I had to line  up in front of shop for a long time about 3 or 4 hours. Even Chanel or Gucci, they got too many peope in there, I can't see anything. Therefore, I gave up shopping, I decided to go around market or atrractions. (If you want to go to Hong kong for shopping, You had better go to Hong kong early before the end of year!!! You can't buy anything if you go there late)

1. Heo You San - Mango food

If you read Hong kong traveling book, they recommend eating heo you san. Hong kong people really like eating mango food like juice, ice cream and so on. So, they made mango food shop. This is heo you san. Maybe you can find heo you san everywhere in Hongkong. At that time, I was really sick so I couldn't eat anything even water. Almost, I had to give up my traveling in Hong kong but I could do it because of heo you san mango juice. I bought mango juice in heo you san, after that, my body was getting better. This mango juice make me healthy ! I think that mango has a lot of vitamin, so it makes me like that. You can feel real mango taste when you eat heo you san mango juice. Sometimes, people eat mango rice cake but I prefer eating mango juice ! Try it !

2. Hong kong high apartment

As you can see, there are a lot of high apartments in Hong kong. I think they got over 40 floors in apartment. This is not special apartment in Hong kong but general apartment for people. Also, they got unique design for apartment like sprite, zebra shape or marvelous shape. I heard that Hong kong has very small area to live so they had to make high apartment. Also, hong kong people think the theor of divination based on topography, that is high apartments make Hong kong very powerful so that's why there are many high apartments in Hong kong.

3. Meeting Hong kong friend

While I was visiting Hong kong church, I met one hong kong friend. At that time, one wedding ceremony held in this church, I was just watching it. Suddenly, someone talked to me, " Are you Korean?" "Yes!"

She is chinese (hong kong), she is learning korean for 3 years so she is good at speaking korean. We talked about korea and hong kong, she recommended many attractions near this church. Also, she wanted to take a picture with me because she wanted to upload our picture in facebook for introducing korean friend (me). We took a picture for this, after that, she gave letter for me which is for our meeting. But, she wrote letter by chinese, so STILL I can't read her letter........... I'm so sad...... But I'm having this letter still ^^

4. Madamtusso museum

Do you think I am with very famous people actually? are you sure? NO, I'M NOT. This is wax doll! These are was doll but you can touch very very famous person in this museum. In fact, we can't meet famous people directly, also we can't touch them. But if you want to do this, you just go madamtusso museum. You can meet various famous people all around the world. Even I met England king and queen. This is very interesting experience. Also, they got places about this character so you can take a picture in this place with famous person. I mean, If you want to take a picture with chinese president, you can take a picture in front of airplane. Children really like madamtusso museum because they can touch, hug and take a picture with famous people.

4. Uzbekistan staple food - bread  

 

This is my uzbekistan friend. She took me one of the traditional market in Uzbekistan. In this market, we bought one bread which is staple food. It has round shape and is very big. But little bit hard to chew so uzbekistan eat this with soup. I could buy very cheap price in traditional market.

 

 

5. Doing winter activities in Uzbekistan mountain 

 

I visited one mountain near charvic lake. In Uzbekistan, there is no place to take ski so they usually go to mountain which is very high like picture. They take ski and sleight on mountain. In this place, I took sleight and rode a horse. Actually this was first time to ride a horse , it made me scared. The master hold his horse for me but after leaving rope, horse run very fast ! I almost died TT. When you go to country in Uzbekistan, you can see many people who are working in field. They earn money by farming so there are many horses in country.

 

 

6. Kim byung hwa museum  

 

Maybe, you have a question what it is. This is kim byung hwa museum. He is kind of head of a village in the central asia. Actually, the cental asia has sad history. 70-80 years ago, Japan attacked to korea so we had to live by japan. At that time, korean moved to central asia by japan. people who moved to central asia, they lose their place. But kim byung hwa make people cheer up, people made one village and they made rule for living this village. In fact kim byung hwa make people live. They want to prase his effort so they made museum for kim byung hwa. Now there are many people who can speak korean in Uzbekistan because they had sad history.  

 

6. Visiting Uzbekistan University 

 

I also visited Uzbekistan university. In Uzbekistan, learning korean is very popular thing. Even they have class that student can learning korean. That is there is korean major in this university. I met one student whose major is korean. We talked about korea. He really wanted to visit korea and he studied korean every day. We changed e-mail address and I wish he will visit to korea.

 

 

 

My special experiences in Uzbekistan (1)

Last year (2009), I visited to Uzbekistan because I got first prize for book review contest. The shin dong trading company owner wrote his autobiography and he gave his book to inha university students who took class for the world. I read this book and wrote book review. He chose two students for visiting Uzbekistan for free ! I was chosen ^^ That's why I visited to Uzbekistan. I was in Uzbekistan for 5 days. It's also free !

1. Uzbekistan traditional costume 

This is Uzbekistan traditional costume. This costume is very long and they got sprite shape like picture. Colors are very various but I chose that costume because this costume is more beautiful than other costume. Also, they usually wear hat when they wear traditional costume. I think uzbekistan is near russia, so they got russia culture becuase russia is ver cold country so they have to put hat everyday ! And when they go to temple or monastery, they make ready to wear traditional costume and hat.

2. Uzbekistan traditional food 

I went to Uzbekistan traditional food restaurant. Uzbekistan people usually eat lamb, bread,  soup and some vegetables.  I heard that Uzbekistan staple food is bread so they usually eat bread with soup. Sometimes when they have special day like visiting guest, they prepare lamb for guest. Also, they really like vodka. Second picture is dish for vodca. Their taste is sour. When you drink vodca, it is very bitter but if you eat this dish, it makes us sweet ! But, I couldn't eat vodca, actually I like drinking but vodca alchol percent is very high !!!!TT 

3. Souvenir I bought in Uzbekistan 

When I visited one temple, this flute was sold. It is made by soil but sound is very clear and pure. Also, I can make melody by using some holes like picture and they've got various designs so I chose animal shape. I gave this flute to my friends, they really liked because it is very cute ! You can see this flute anywhere in Uzbekistan temple.
